Il est construit en haut de la colline et conduit \u00e0 deux plages superbes. La premi\u00e8re grande plage est bien organis\u00e9e avec des caf\u00e9s, bars et restaurants. La plage la plus fameuse \u00e0 Vivari est la grande plage de galet fin et d\u2019eaux limpides Kondyli (Agios Nikolaos).
